Victor Montgomery Weis

I am Victor Montgomery Weis – grew up in Wiesbaden, have called Berlin home for years, and thrive best where things are created: a deal, an event, a new partnership.

My passion for events shaped me early on – it began with my training as an event manager and stays with me to this day.

After my Bachelor's in Business Administration (HWR Berlin, specialization in Marketing & Supply Chain) and two semesters abroad in Shanghai and Alicante, I combine solid business knowledge with an international mindset and over 10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, marketing, and project management.

Since 2021, I have been running my own VR event agency, V&T Celebrations, through which I conceptualize and implement corporate events and team-building projects – from the initial idea to on-site execution. Creative event formats that are truly memorable are my driving force.

Most recently, I worked for Coding Giants Germany – one of the leading providers of programming workshops for children and teenagers. As a project manager, I planned and executed events, workshops, and webinars, built up collaborations and partnerships, and coordinated outreach and promotion activities. For webinars, I also acted as a moderator and speaker – a role I greatly value.

Before that, at Zenjob, I got to know the entire sales cycle from the inside: from SDR to Inside Sales Manager to Area Sales Manager with my own sales territory. From initial contact, consulting calls, and contract negotiations to closing and long-term customer support – in industries like logistics, retail, and gastronomy, always at the decision-maker level.

I prefer to work remotely – flexibly, structured, and results-oriented. If the project requires it or a more personal touch is desired, I am also happy to come on-site by arrangement.
