Coordination, liaison with IT and development, and product evolution at Hector Kitchen & Holidog. My day-to-day:

- Coordination of the migration of current web applications (developed with code: .Net) to new versions based on No Code (Bubble.io).

- Liaison and communication with No Code agencies for the development of new versions.

- Organization of the testing phase for new developments in Bubble.

- Team management: facilitating and simplifying work, communication, and task tracking for different members of various teams for better coordination and more agile progress. Tools used: Slack, Trello, and Notion.

Buceando a Mares is an online diving travel agency of which I am a co-founder. Founded in 2018, it has grown year after year and overcome difficulties, including a pandemic.

I have been responsible for the entire digital and business growth part, taking on the role of Product Manager, while my partner has handled sales.

By applying innovative strategies in the sector, we have quickly carved out a niche in the market and have become a competitive alternative to large agencies with substantial budgets.

Our strategy based on acquisition and loyalty has allowed us to grow rapidly in revenue (6 figures from the first year and +230% growth in the second) and quickly recover from the COVID crisis that abruptly halted the travel sector.

I have grown significantly thanks to this experience in strategic, organizational, and analytical aspects. It has given me a global and horizontal vision (which I consider very important) of what it means to have a real business, as I have had to work from scratch in all its phases and areas. An experience that I am undoubtedly using and will use in my future projects and professional adventures.

Thanks to my experience in business development and digital strategy, I have collaborated with one of the best CRO agencies in Spain: On Top Media (formerly Estrategas Web). Some of the things I have done:

- Conversion improvement on projects for various clients such as KFC Spain through UI/UX, copywriting, and digital analysis improvements.

- Analysis for redesign focused on improving conversion for Enae (business school).

- Copywriting improvements to boost conversion on projects such as: Arcos, Multiópticas, or Turboseguros.
