I build custom business systems that remove repetitive manual work - and then I run them.

Most automation projects stall the same way: the software gets built, but the day-to-day operation never quite follows it. I close that gap. I design the system around how your team actually works, ship it, and then stay responsible for keeping it running and improving it as the business changes.

What I build:

- AI agents and workflow automation for back-office processes: document handling, quoting, intake, reporting

- Internal tools that replace spreadsheet-and-email processes

- API integrations and data pipelines that connect systems which don't talk to each other

I work at the level of decisions, not just tasks: automating the repetitive work while keeping a human in control of the judgment calls, with a clear audit trail of what the system did and why. That discipline comes from a background in data- and decision-heavy domains, including credit risk and

financial services.

Recent work includes a tender-processing system that turns inbound documents into structured, decision-ready output; a product configurator that replaced a manual quoting process; and internal reporting and CRM tooling for growing SMEs.

I work best with owners and operators who want one person to own a system end-to-end: build, ship, and run, - rather than hand off a project and hope it sticks.

Based in Madeira, Portugal, working with clients across the EU.
