Reviewing the consistency of looks before public appearances, interviews, photocalls, and media events. Managing last-minute requests and resolving unforeseen issues in high-demand environments. Operational follow-up of product loans, returns, and inventories. Coordination with showroom, press, VIP relations, stylists, and talent agencies teams. Monitoring VIP appearances and tracking brand visibility during events. Representing brands on the ground and maintaining fluid communication between all stakeholders.

Management and development of a portfolio of 9 strategic accounts in Europe (department stores and pure players). Management of a turnover of €20.5 million in 2024. Definition of strategic plans per partner and management of business growth. Negotiation of commercial terms, trade marketing budgets, and investments. Building assortments and managing sell-in per partner. Analysis of KPIs (turnover, conversion, traffic, ROI) and implementation of corrective action plans. Deployment of 360° marketing activations (product exclusives, features, CRM, influence, paid media). Management of 3 apprentices and interns.

Manage relationships and develop turnover with e-retailers, marketplaces, and e-wholesalers (Place des tendances, www.galerieslafayette.com, Selfridges, Harrods, Zalando…). Plan and implement commercial operations (Black Friday, Sales, etc.) by coordinating internal teams: supply, retail marketing, e-Commerce, and CRM. Monitor and optimize digital features with partners in collaboration with the sales and retail marketing team (exclusive items, dedicated newsletters, etc.). Negotiate and manage the launch of new international e-retailers. Analyze results and conduct post-mortems of commercial operations and implement recommendations.
