Launch of Revivo Agency: design and deployment of AI agents for customer reactivation automation, aimed at artisans and SMEs in French-speaking Switzerland. First deployment successfully carried out with a client, generating concrete appointments and quotes from a dormant client base.

Several successive experiences in direct customer contact, in very different but always demanding environments in terms of interpersonal skills.

In catering and sales, I developed a sense of hospitality, the ability to quickly understand a client's needs and to manage multiple requests simultaneously, often under pressure.

At the casino, in direct contact with customers at the gaming tables, I refined my stress management, my rigor (quick calculations, strict adherence to procedures) and my ability to remain calm in tense or unpredictable situations.

These experiences, although far removed from the world of automation and AI, have given me genuine interpersonal ease and adaptability that I now use daily to understand my clients' needs at Revivo and build solutions that truly suit them.

Internship within the municipality's cultural services department. Participation in the organization and coordination of cultural events, administrative management, contact with various partners and service providers. An experience that taught me organizational rigor and the management of multiple stakeholders.
