For three years, I worked as an HR assistant in a company in the bakery sector, where I developed operational expertise in human resources management, very close to on-the-ground realities.

I supported daily activities across all HR missions, with strong versatility:

• Personnel administrative management: contracts, initial employee declarations (DPAE), employee file follow-up

• Recruitment participation: application screening, interviews, onboarding

• Schedule and absence management

• Contribution to regulatory compliance (DUERP, social obligations)

As part of my student job, I worked in a bakery where I developed excellent customer service skills and a good understanding of customer expectations in a food retail setting.
