As part of a high-stakes business project, I designed and developed a 3D mapping application to display all the buildings in a city, estimate the total built-up area from BDNB (170 GB) and National Building Register (RNB) data, and highlight buildings based on dynamic business criteria. Objective: to aid strategic decision-making, maximize sales, and reduce human costs related to prospecting.

Buildings are displayed in 3D on an interactive map, with custom color coding reflecting their commercial potential, typology, or any other criterion defined by business users. Each building is dynamically linked to a client CRM record, ensuring real-time data synchronization and a fluid, contextualized user experience.

Technical responsibilities:

• Backend development in C#, processing and exploitation of geospatial data with PostgreSQL/PostGIS.

• Design of a modular and scalable architecture, deployed via Kubernetes, with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).

• Interactive frontend with Angular, PrimeNG, and Tailwind, including 3D building display.

• Real-time synchronization via SignalR, to ensure data consistency and responsiveness.

• Implementation of advanced business filters and color-coded visualization to facilitate prioritization and commercial decision-making.

Architect and developer of UbiMap, a B2B prospecting SaaS platform used by over 1000 users and processing several million leads. Designed for Growth Hackers, it enables the generation of highly targeted leads and automation of LinkedIn and email campaigns, with highly personalized messages via AI, in compliance with GDPR.

As part of the Tamaris project, a technical intervention management platform for ERDF, managed by Sopra Steria, I contributed to the technical design and development of a solution used by over 10,000 users. The project involved a team of 70 developers and had to ensure the coexistence of three versions of the system in parallel. Objective: to optimize field intervention planning and real-time resource management.

Main responsibilities:

• Technical design: software architecture, technical specifications for new features.

• Full-stack development: Backend modules in Java (Spring, Hibernate) and dynamic interfaces in AngularJS.

• Performance: code optimization for smooth and fast intervention management.

• Technical Lead: mentoring junior developers, code reviews, resolving complex issues.

• Testing & Integration: implementation of unit and functional tests, continuous integration, deployment management.

• Interdisciplinary collaboration: constant communication with functional teams and stakeholders to ensure technical consistency and adherence to deadlines.
