As an outsourced CIO, I support Asco Ascenseurs in structuring, securing, and optimizing its information system, with a pragmatic approach focused on business and operational performance.

The objective is to align IT with business challenges, support company growth, and ensure the reliability of daily tools.

Main missions:

• Definition and management of IT strategy in line with company objectives

• Audit and optimization of the existing system (infrastructure, tools, processes, security)

• Management of IT service providers and technology partners

• Implementation and monitoring of business tools (collaboration, support, management, mobility)

• Strengthening cybersecurity and compliance (backups, access, best practices)

• Supporting teams in adopting digital tools

• Assisting management in technological and budgetary decisions

As a part-time outsourced CIO, I support LSI in transforming and optimizing its IT infrastructure, aligning technological solutions with the company's business challenges. My missions include:

IT Strategy:

Definition and implementation of the technological roadmap, in line with LSI group's business objectives. Identification of innovation and digitalization opportunities.

Governance and Management:

Supervision of IT projects, budget and priority management, as well as alignment of internal teams and service providers to ensure system performance and security.

Infrastructure and Cybersecurity:

Optimization of networks, servers, and collaborative tools. Strengthening of the security policy (GDPR, data protection, team awareness).

Support and Evolution of Business Tools:

Selection and deployment of suitable software solutions (ERP, CRM, productivity tools). User support for smooth adoption of new tools.

Technological Watch:

Anticipation of IT trends (cloud, AI, automation) and recommendation of solutions to keep LSI at the forefront of competitiveness.

My approach combines technical expertise, strategic vision, and flexibility to offer LSI a tailor-made CIO service without the constraints of a full-time position.

- Design and implementation, with operational and functional departments, of the information systems strategy: this will involve in particular producing and validating the master plan, then breaking down this plan into an information systems action plan over two years.

- Support the ongoing renovation of the management IS, information systems security, concrete improvements for users, and data control

- Ensure IS security by participating in the definition of technical and organizational means to implement the information systems security policy

- Lead the business function, particularly by implementing enhanced information systems management, measuring and monitoring user satisfaction, and conducting coordination and pooling actions to ensure increased efficiency and enhanced network leadership

- Supervise and coordinate the work of the department by mobilizing and uniting teams around projects

- Define and implement the policy for purchasing goods and services in the information technology field, with a particular focus on a global view of IT-related activities and expenses, structured in line with strategic objectives
