In parallel with my professional projects, I am a high-level athlete in Canoe-Kayak. I've learned to juggle projects with agility to successfully complete my work and achieve my goals, both on the water and in words.

My first passion has highlighted skills and values that allow me to be competent in the second. A desire for mastery and a need for understanding that guides my work in seeking an atmosphere that speaks to your clients.

In my sport, ocean racing kayak, we navigate the ocean, we use the current, we surf the swell, always looking for a flow. Always on the edge, between harmony and performance.

    Today, a European leader, the French startup is disrupting the sports ticketing market with powerful technology that provides a strong competitive advantage.

    My mission was to participate in creating a real image and identity for njuko. After an initial period of adaptation and familiarization with the platform njuko uses, I was led to focus on marketing issues.


    My main mission consisted of participating in the creation of a brand book, but also intervening in several writing and design actions resulting from njuko's marketing strategy (newsletters, social media posts, product presentations).

    I was thus able to intervene in numerous actions aimed at developing a positive image of njuko's offer, associating the brand with a mindset and a community. This fostered the development of a true brand identity that allows it to go far beyond the image of an IT service provider.

    Outdoor Editions is a key player in outdoor sports. However, one of their flagship media, Canoë-Kayak Magazine, was experiencing real difficulties in keeping its community and subscribers active. With the upcoming launch of a new product, it was crucial to understand the barriers to action felt by CKM readers.

    I immersed myself in the CKM customer base, getting to know these paddlers, to better understand their needs.

    Faced with the wave of tasks inherent to the magazine's life, no one really had the time to analyze and measure the customer experience, in order to better design and offer it.

    In other words, the paddling enthusiasts were struggling to feel a complete customer experience, despite many elements being well in place. Notably, the ability to be present on all types of media, from the print magazine to Instagram and Facebook accounts, as well as an active website.


    My main tasks:

    - Writing an email sequence for the launch of a new product (subscription offer)
