After an initial period of adaptation and familiarization with the platform njuko uses, I was led to focus on marketing issues.My main mission consisted of participating in the creation of a brand book, but also intervening in several writing and design actions resulting from njuko's marketing strategy (newsletters, social media posts, product presentations).I was thus able to intervene in numerous actions aimed at developing a positive image of njuko's offer, associating the brand with a mindset and a community. A consortium of magazines and books related to the Outdoors:- Trails Endurance Mag- Canoe Kayak Magazine- Tri Mag- VO2 RUNand numerous books:Tony Estanguet: A Balancing ActKilian Jornet: Running or Dying (French version)Sandra Forgues: One Day Perhaps...Outdoor Editions is a key player in outdoor sports. However, one of their flagship media, Canoë-Kayak Magazine, was experiencing real difficulties in keeping its community and subscribers active. With the upcoming launch of a new product, it was crucial to understand the barriers to action felt by CKM readers.I immersed myself in the CKM customer base, getting to know these paddlers, to better understand their needs.Faced with the wave of tasks inherent to the magazine's life, no one really had the time to analyze and measure the customer experience, in order to better design and offer it.In other words, the paddling enthusiasts were struggling to feel a complete customer experience, despite many elements being well in place.
