Design and development of a complete digital loyalty SaaS platform for independent merchants (restaurants, bakeries, shops, etc.).

Objective: to offer local merchants a modern and affordable tool to build customer loyalty, replace paper loyalty cards, and automate their communication, without technical complexity.

What I designed and developed:

A complete web application developed with Next.js, React, Node.js, and Supabase, with an architecture designed for reliability, performance, and scalability.

A digital loyalty card system and a point-of-sale (POS) mode allowing merchants to manage their customers and loyalty points in seconds.

A comprehensive administrator dashboard to manage activity: customer tracking, statistics, campaign management.

Integration of payments and subscriptions via Stripe (plan management, free trials, webhooks), as well as an API with a webhook system to connect the platform to other tools.

High-value automation features: email campaigns, referral system, coupons, and Google reviews automation to improve merchants' online reputation.

Complete creation of the showcase website for the restaurant Pourquoi Paul, from design to launch.

Objective: to provide the restaurant with a professional, modern, and above all autonomous online presence, capable of attracting new local customers and converting visitors into reservations.

What I accomplished:

A custom showcase site developed with Next.js and React, designed for speed, fluidity, and an impeccable experience on both mobile and desktop. Careful design showcasing the restaurant's universe, ambiance, and dishes.

Integration of a CMS (Sanity) allowing the restaurant to modify its content autonomously: menu, photos, hours, news, without any technical skills and without depending on a provider for any updates.

SEO and local referencing optimization to maximize visibility on Google in the restaurant's area: page structure, tags, performance, consistency with the establishment's listing, so that potential customers find the restaurant first when searching.

Particular attention to security and reliability: modern architecture without fragile plugins, performant hosting, stable and durable site over time.

Customer support throughout the project, from defining needs to tool familiarization, with clear communication at each step.
