Management of the systems and development area. Management level: Definition and control of the department's budget. I coordinate the company's various IT service providers (from micro-management to servers, internal and external). I technically coordinate the ERP's evolutive and corrective maintenance and lead its version change. Technical level: I handle maintenance as a programmer for its online platforms (both back and front) and also all processes related to online sales (ERP connection, gateways, supplier connection...)

Management and programming of the platform's ecosystem (web, internal processes, ERP connection, technical SEO, systems...). Technical decision-making, budget control, development, coordination, monitoring, and planning of departmental objectives, user support, training for new hires... I also managed the company's logistics operators, from search and comparison to negotiation, contracting, and monitoring (in service and costs), seeking new opportunities that would add value to the company.
