When a project is built the right way, it shows in every detail, and it requires collaborators who can understand that requirement.

What attracts me is not what you see.

It's everything behind it: the mountain of work, decisions, and invisible coordination that allows a project to remain coherent as it grows.

For over a year, I was in charge of Godjo Merkato: a hybrid space combining a cafe/restaurant, a circular grocery store, and a cultural venue for the Afro-descendant community in Brussels.

Solely in charge: sourcing, activations, team management, budget management, and artistic direction of the venue.

I also built a cultural program specific to the venue and hosted external collaborations with musical artists, chefs, and designers.

What I learned most was to maintain project consistency over time, ensuring that the image, story, and experience remain aligned, even when daily life pulls in all directions. I also designed and executed visuals and a complete advertising campaign, broadcast in several Brussels film festivals.

I have directed the artistic vision for projects: music video production, management, financial management, album and EP cover creation, artistic direction and styling for music videos, making-of for writing sessions, from the studio to the stage. This work taught me to enter someone's universe, to understand what they want to say before they even know how to say it, and to serve them without betraying them.

Leading collaborations from A to Z, coordinating partners and creative teams, overseeing on-site activations – this is what I do.

This is the type of mission where I have the most impact: building processes, maintaining consistency, and being a proactive proposer for what's next.
