With 10 years of experience in leading hotel groups, my various missions have led me to work for both small hotel units and large establishments with 300 rooms, all within a multi-brand and multi-segment context, from 1* to 4*. I also had the opportunity to manage large-scale Revenue Management solution development projects in collaboration with different teams (business, development, data, IT).

As Sales / Revenue Management Director for a European hotel operator with over 50 hotels, and a member of the Executive Committee, I also had the opportunity to manage a team of 8 people and participate in the strategic decisions of a high-growth company.

Finally, I am a business owner in the wellness sector (4 sensory deprivation floatation centers, with 20 employees). I know how to work transversally, always keeping the overall interest of the company in mind.

I also advise and steer the distribution / pricing strategy for tourist rental concierge services.

I take care to adapt my solutions to the specific profile and issues of each client.
