- Development of digital offers (online underwriting, electronic payment and signature):

▪ Facilitation of workstreams and coordination of contributors: IT and Business Departments at HQ in Niort, DOSI and Wafa IMA Assistance Business in Casablanca, software vendor INFOELSA in Paris, Infrastructure providers (ORACLE) and outsourcing (DIGORA)

▪ PMO: development and monitoring of the project plan (workstream breakdown, effort and cost estimation and monitoring, schedule updates)

▪ AMOA: drafting of detailed functional specifications, functional acceptance testing, user acceptance testing management

▪ Change Management: project presentations to partners, drafting of operating procedures and user guides, skills transfer to internal resources

▪ Organization: review of Business processes and management rules, definition of roles and responsibilities of stakeholders for the RUN period, definition and implementation of application TMA (Application Maintenance in Third Party)

Results achieved: adherence to the switchover schedule and shutdown of the old system as planned, adoption of the CIRIS solution as the IMA group's insurance core, launch of a new project in partnership with MACIF, study of an offer in partnership with MATMUT

 Elaboration and marketing of international marketing intelligence: writing studies, publishing a monthly review, facilitating working groups for marketing and sales managers of companies

 Organization of international seminars and conferences for French and European insurance executives (October Meetings, International Insurance Marketing Week, ...)

Results achieved: development of a service quality charter, creation of the Insurance Quality Awards, over 500 participants and 95 speakers for SIMA at the Palais des Congrès in Paris.
