For some time now, a question has been coming up frequently.

❓Why do companies and organizations continue to recruit 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻?

Why do they equip workstations with 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀?
