As a BI Developer Intern at Webhelp-Concentrix, I actively participated in the management, security, and optimization of complex relational databases under Microsoft SQL Server. My role involved designing fluid and efficient data architectures, ensuring the integrity and immediate availability of strategic company information.

At the core of my daily tasks, I managed the complete data processing cycle (ETL process). I developed and deployed robust SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) packages to extract large volumes of data from heterogeneous sources, rigorously clean it, and efficiently load it into our data warehouses. These data pipelines helped streamline information flows and significantly reduce processing times.

To meet specific and complex business needs, I also leveraged my programming skills by integrating custom C# scripts directly into SSIS workflows. This dual approach allowed me to automate repetitive tasks, configure maintenance alerts, and perform highly customized data transformations that standard components could not handle alone.

During my experience at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MESUPRES), I had the opportunity to work on strategic national IT projects, directly impacting thousands of students across Madagascar. My main mission was to actively participate in the management and maintenance of the national student scholarship digital system. This public interest project required absolute rigor to ensure the security, reliability, and centralization of sensitive data related to study grants.

In parallel, I designed and developed a complete orientation website for new high school graduates from end to end. The goal of this platform was to modernize and simplify the transition to higher education by providing a clear and accessible support tool. To successfully complete this project, I chose thePHPecosystem, relying on the robustness of theLaravelframework. To ensure smooth and intuitive data management by ministry officials, I integrated and configured theFilamentadministration tool. This technical choice allowed me to deliver a highly efficient, secure, and user-friendly back-office for updating programs and institutions.
