    - Management of the relationship with the digital agency Touaregs for the new site developed using the Drupal CMS;
    - Daily monitoring of projects, deliverables, budget, and schedules;
    - Acceptance testing of all deliverables;
    - Ordering new features and improvements to the existing system;
    - Presentations of the project and its progress to the Management Committee.
    The first indicators (KPIs) are all on the rise: number of visitors (particularly due to SEO improvement), conversion rate, number of online quotes and enrollments compared to the old site...

    - Drafting of specifications based on workshops on 5 themes to define the needs and expectations of future users (organization and co-facilitation)
    - Daily monitoring of projects, deliverables, budget, and schedules
    - Acceptance testing of all deliverables, including the entire Enterprise Social Network
    - Ordering new features and improvements to the existing system
    - Training of 90 managers and company referents
    - Development of the internal communication plan
    The development of the Enterprise Social Network, Wikiplus, was an ambitious project that allowed me to learn a great deal about my company, its organization, and the new digital tools and services that can be deployed internally to transform inter- and intra-departmental communication and collaboration. Obviously, success depends on the interest of the content, the ergonomics, and the energy deployed to evangelize employees.
