There is no good or bad management or steering method.

There is no good or bad organization, no good or bad way of working.

It all depends on how we use them, what we do with them, and therefore on our soft skills.

Thus, for me, the more we are in our soft skills and the more we let them express themselves, the more we can develop our leadership and unite.

Our communication then becomes smoother and we easily achieve results.
