Within my micro-enterprise, I support individuals, entrepreneurs, and law firms in the complete management of their legal files, combining autonomy, rigor, and versatility.

My work covers:

- Specialized legal translations: loan agreements, articles of association of SARL, judgments (RU ↔ FR/EN)

- Drafting and analysis of legal documents and official letters: requests, contracts, conclusions, formal notices, arbitration agreements, valuation reports, residential leases

- Legal interpretation for international individuals and entrepreneurs during negotiations or complex exchanges

- Accounting and administrative management for law firms

This experience illustrates my ability to intervene in a structured manner adapted to the real needs of clients, providing accurate, reliable, and professional documents in multilingual and demanding contexts.

I provided bilingual interpretation (Russian ↔ English) in real-time during negotiations between foreign investors and Russian owners, while performing specialized legal translation of technical, financial, and legal documents:

- Construction financing schedule

- Articles of association of the SARL

- Accounting balance sheets

- Market value assessment reports and land inspection reports

- Court decisions and legal opinions

This project illustrates my ability to evolve in multilingual and strategic contexts, combining law, finance, and professional communication, and to provide accurate and reliable deliverables for important investment decisions.

Within the firm, I gained concrete experience in family law and civil litigation, intervening in sensitive and complex cases.

I perform several missions:

- Drafting complex legal documents: divorce summons, divorce conclusions, requests to the family court judge

- Complete preparation of litigation files: documents, arguments, annexes

- Drafting official letters, attestations, and procedural documents

- Direct contact with clients and management of confidential exchanges

This position allowed me to develop sharp legal expertise, as well as the ability to manage relationships with clients in delicate situations, combining professionalism, discretion, and rigor.
