“I am an employer branding enthusiast, a solution finder, and a personal advisor for the individual challenges of my clients. I believe in the value of relationships and networks. Creating connections to generate synergies that have more impact while simultaneously improving efficiency. Only then does something lasting of value emerge.
Finding new solutions, being effective in diverse work cultures, and improving together – that is my drive. My strengths lie in questioning the status quo on the path to the best solution, exploring new territory, and making identity-creating target images (experientially) tangible, both internally and externally.
Through my many years of expertise in brands, marketing, and people, both on the agency and corporate side, I combine all the necessary perspectives and best practices for building strong (employer) brands. After 20 years in product and corporate marketing, I discovered the topic of employer branding for myself in 2014 and have since driven it forward in various projects & dimensions.
