I work in situations where something new is being built without a fixed model, clear role division, or elaborated plan. This can involve startups, scale-ups, temporary initiatives, or organizations in transition.

My contribution emerges as the work happens: helping to build, test, adjust, sometimes discard. I do not take on people management and do not work from hierarchy, but step into the work itself until there is enough clarity to proceed without me.

I am often engaged when things are still too unclear for classic roles, but too concrete to leave to thinking alone. My strength lies in combining insight and execution in contexts where uncertainty is real and structure is yet to be created.
