Védric accompanied us over the long term in structuring our processes. The mission involved setting up automated CI/CD processes ensuring end-to-end traceability, reviews and validations, and a quality, secure production deployment. It also included delivering numerous genomic analysis tools in containerized form, applying CI/CD processes and standardization. This mission was extended to finalize our CD (GitOps model) for publishing container images to our HDS infrastructure. The challenge was also to ensure a smooth transition and knowledge transfer to team members. Védric handled all tasks within the short timeframe of approximately 2 weeks (in May). True to himself during this extension as with the rest of his missions within our team: comfortable presenting his work, documenting it technically, providing complete reports, professional, cheerful, attentive, and available with a genuine desire to share knowledge. Currently, the team has been able to resume and continue the work without issues, relying on the information transmitted but especially on the complete documentation that Védric put in place throughout the mission. I recommend Védric and would be delighted to entrust him with new missions.

Thanks to his work, the team significantly improved the quality of deliverables, their long-term maintainability, and our ability to act in compliance with the regulatory requirements of our sector (genomics/health). On a daily basis, Védric provided me with precise and detailed feedback on progress, ongoing tasks, or blockers. Always proactive in proposing solutions to meet needs or evolve solutions based on new constraints. This was a real comfort for tracking his actions and for reporting to our management. Védric is comfortable presenting his work, documenting it technically, and implementing control points that ensure quality deliverables. Védric is highly invested in the mission and ensures deliveries within the agreed timelines. I recommend Védric and would be delighted to entrust him with new missions.
