Client Context: Within two IT department divisions, my role as a consultant responsible for transforming the operational and organizational model (transitioning to scaled agility with the SAFe model) involved:

 Conducting an assessment and defining the target vision and objectives.

 Defining the transformation roadmap for the two divisions to achieve the target.

 Establishing and leading the transformation governance by applying socio-dynamic model principles.

 Instilling continuous improvement reflexes and best practices.

 Coordinating initiatives to ensure overall transformation coherence.

 Defining the product and service offering of the divisions to manage by value and investments by product.

 Deploying the end-to-end DEVOPS model: Organization – Process – Tools.

 Implementing the Contract Management Office to adapt contracting to the needs of the target operational model.

 Improving the portfolio management of the divisions by implementing Lean Portfolio Management principles from the SAFe framework.

Client Context: Within the IT department of Taxis G7, my role as IT Department Lead aimed to implement and sustain the main components (strategy, methodology, tools, processes) for the application management transformation program to improve its performance and flexibility, thereby offering G7 greater agility in managing partners (clients, suppliers, intermediaries…):

 Participating in defining the project implementation trajectory to reach the target.

 Identifying impacts and evolutions on other IT system components.

 Implementing AGILE management with outsourced project ownership.

 Coordinating with various business stakeholders, leading business workshops (application demonstrations, requirements gathering, business rule validation…).

 Managing the project for setting up the necessary infrastructure (performance testing, solution/scenario studies, architecture definition).

 Leading steering committees, supplier committees, and management committees.

Client Context: Within the General Directorate of Pôle Emploi, my role was to implement and manage program/project portfolio. The objective of this mission was to provide greater visibility on projects to ensure monitoring and prioritization based on consistent rules:

 Analyzing the existing situation and defining the trajectory to reach the target.

 Implementing the approach, processes, governance, and tools for portfolio management.

 Monitoring the program/project portfolio and preparing materials for the general management committee (progress, budget).

 Training project managers on project methodology (Prince2).

 Participating in the implementation of the enterprise repository, including setting up the governance for the repository management tool.
