I am a senior consultant in Risk Management and Operational Excellence. I conduct consulting missions for SMEs / SMIs, mid-sized companies and large companies in France and internationally.
Before creating my consulting firm:
I spent 3 years in the prevention-protection sector for establishments receiving the public and 7 years in an industrial and logistics activity, notably in the PRESSTALIS group (formerly NMPP), where I held positions as Group Security Manager, Risk Management Engineer, Risk Management Manager, and Black Belt Lean / Six Sigma Project Manager in continuous improvement and quality on complex and strategic issues. I was thus able to manage crisis management as well as the implementation of my group's Business Continuity Plan.
Subsequently, I joined the teams of engineers and consultants at Gras Savoye Risk Consulting for 3 years where I was led to manage risk management and BCP projects for major clients.
My last position as an employee was at Showroomprive.com for more than 1 and a half years as Head of Operational Excellence - Black Belt.
I was able to deepen my knowledge in dematerialization and agility.
I have also been participating for several years in technical committees at the French Federation of Insurance Companies.
