• * Coordination of specific training actions for the continuous improvement of staff competencies in task execution.

• * Development of improvement proposals for Management to enhance the work environment and coordination of staff motivation actions.

• * Coordination and control of HR management: payroll, absenteeism and leave tracking, payroll adjustments and entries in conjunction with the management company, internal communication.

• * In conjunction with the External Prevention Service, inform, report, justify, and correct deviations in defined personnel indicators, track indicators associated with personnel management in prevention matters for work accident investigation, PPE control.

• * Manage all protocols for compliance with data protection regulations. *Execution of personnel management policies and criteria established by Management. *In conjunction with Management and area supervisors, audit and manage ISO standards.

Supervision, training, and control of employees. Coordinate with the management company for employee hires/terminations/sick leaves/social security/income tax. Supervision of employee PPE in conjunction with the Occupational Risk Prevention Service. Direct contact and management of all suppliers. Management and tracking of invoices for quarterly VAT submissions.

-Direct contact with the Consultancy to report work injuries/accidents, new hires/terminations of staff.

• -Selection and hiring of temporary employment agencies.

• -Comprehensive management of files.

• -CAE: Monthly update of mandatory documentation.

• -Coordination and Control in HSE: PPE, Training, accidents, and Health Surveillance in conjunction with the external prevention service.

• - Absenteeism and vacation control using BODET.

• -Internal communication.

• -Reports requested by the Area.
