As project leader and UI Lead, I direct the comprehensive creation of a design system from scratch, working closely with a multidisciplinary team of 4 designers.

I am responsible for defining and structuring design tokens, the foundational base (typography, color, spacing, grid), and a robust system of reusable components in Figma, optimized for efficiency and consistency. We define clear and maintainable documentation, ensuring its effective implementation by the engineering team.

I lead strategic decision-making regarding the system, from visual architecture to technical scalability, maintaining constant communication with developers to ensure seamless integration into the code. I act as a liaison between design and development, promoting a culture of collaboration, autonomy, and continuous improvement.

My role also includes planning, reviewing, and tracking the design roadmap, as well as implementing best practices that allow the team to operate with high impact and low friction.

I help design and improve the user experience for startups with SaaS who want their website to work better and attract more clients.
