TLDR; we highly recommend her! We've been working with Vanessa for 3 years now, since the creation of our company. She has guided us through all our growth stages, including the COVID context with its numerous and immediate regulatory changes (managing partial unemployment, emergency remote work setup, etc.), from the first hires to the first departures, including managing various contractual disputes. Vanessa has enabled us to establish a solid HR framework with around thirty employees today, where everything is smooth, whether for onboarding, managing people reviews, compensation, legal drafting of employment contracts, not to mention the administrative aspects, especially managing employment contracts and variable compensation, but also payroll management itself, which we have fully delegated to her with great satisfaction, notably thanks to the close relationship we have. No more complexities of managing payroll variables with the accountant or in dedicated payroll software, she handles everything. Her previous experience as a lawyer and HR in international startups has been invaluable and saved us precious time, allowing us to stay focused on our business development. More recently, Vanessa assisted us in managing the merger of 2 internal companies and in implementing a comprehensive HRIS to manage our teams and HR aspects more effectively, simply, and rigorously.
