Responsible for migrating transactional emails to Message Center for 5 markets (France, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, England)

• Mapping of existing elements and various optimizations

• Analysis of flows to identify available data and data to be created

• Creation of templates in Dartagnan

• Discussion and validation of creatives and personalization rules with different countries

• Creation of the brief with personalization rules for integrators

• Writing the test plan and monitoring testing

• Project management (launch, post-launch monitoring, backlogs…)

• Creation of the post-payment journey and launch of associated triggers

o Responsible for the multichannel CRM Strategy (email, SMS, form...) for acquisition, retention, and loyalty of the customer base; o Creation of automation scenarios across all channels; o Monitoring of KPIs for implemented campaigns; o Improvement of the data collection strategy online and offline; o Implementation of database management tools; o Management of tool evolution with IT/CRM teams
