Today, I manage the overall daily activity with complete versatility. Acting as a true interface between the different departments of the company, my role is to ensure a healthy and fluid structure to free management from operational constraints.

My missions cover the entire management cycle:

✅Administrative & HR Management: File management, contracts, schedules, and employee liaison.

✅Operational Management: Coordination of daily workflows and real-time problem-solving.

✅Pre-accounting: Tracking client/supplier invoicing, following up on unpaid bills, and preparing accounting documents.

✅Project Management: Implementing new tools and monitoring cross-functional projects.

My goal is simple: to bring clarity and order where the entrepreneur's daily life becomes complex.

The extreme rigor of a pastry laboratory in Seoul, as well as the demands of the recipes, taught me one thing: efficiency doesn't wait.

This immersion in a culture completely different from our own taught me the essentials: how to adapt instantly and work with absolute rigor, regardless of the context. Accustomed to working in international environments, I worked daily in English and had a fluent conversation in Korean.
