- transform, strengthen and reinvent the Supply Chain up to the end-user (process optimization, indicator-based management and continuous improvement based on Lean methods)

- implementation of the internal supply chain (forecasts, procurement, inter-site flow setup, correlation of physical flows with IT flows in the ERP) and definition of associated processes
