Created in 2010 by Nathalie Bonhouvrier, MBSR program instructor trained in stress reduction through Mindfulness according to the curriculum of the Center For Mindfulness in Medicine (CFM), founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn

This 8-week program based on mindfulness meditation, helps to learn how to cope differently with stressful daily situations, emotions, anxiety, and pain.

Communication:

- Social media: Managing the Facebook and Linkedin pages

- Audio editing: Cleaning up noise from guided meditations or workshops

- Website: Researching service providers, refining specifications, working with the webmaster (web design, testing, and e-commerce site implementation)

- Adwords campaign: creating new pages for campaigns, setting up and monitoring the campaign

- Graphic design: Posters, flyers, trainee booklets, administrative documents

- Newsletter: Creating the monthly newsletter

Administrative:

- Schedule and registration management

- Client relations: welcoming participants, emails, and phone calls

- Organizing the MBSR program, workshops, and retreats

- Accounting management

- Developing training agreements

- Assistance in organizing various events: job fairs, career conferences, Les Négociales, open days, etc.

- Creation of various materials: Invitations for events, activity reports for the incubator, job fair guide, etc.

- Website updates and management based on recommendations

- Creation of a digital strategy and social media management (Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin)

- Information dissemination for students and administration

- Building a database of various high schools and career guidance centers in the region
