Research and Validation: Planned and executed mixed research strategies (qualitative/quantitative). Conducted moderated and unmoderated usability tests (Ballpark, Useberry, Google Sheet, Meet) and in-depth interviews, validating hypotheses that increased the adoption of new features. Analyzed user behavior using heatmaps and recordings in Microsoft Clarity. Designed each user flow, defining wireframes and prototypes for each test.

Design Phase Leadership: Fully responsible for the design in Figma and prototyping for the web and mobile platforms of the commercial area's CRM. Performed UI audits and defined visual design guidelines for programs in DET to the new system in Angular and Flutter. Transformed complex business requirements into intuitive user flows, from discovery to implementation using the Lean UX methodology.

Collaboration with Development: Worked closely with multiple engineering teams to ensure the technical feasibility of proposals, optimizing the end-user experience and reducing handoff friction.
Design Systems: Process systematization: Led the documentation and standardization of components and patterns, facilitating consistency and creating an accessible knowledge base for the UX team.
