I began my career at Blizzard Entertainment in a highly demanding international environment. As a Level 1 Technical Support Technician, I provided critical technical assistance to a global user base, ensuring access to the publisher's online services. My role involved diagnosing and resolving complex connectivity issues by analyzing network layers (TCP/IP, DNS, firewall configurations) and secure authentication problems. This experience allowed me to develop strong operational rigor in real-time incident management, adherence to performance indicators (SLAs), and the ability to simplify technical solutions for users. This time with a digital leader forged my sense of responsiveness and my understanding of very large-scale infrastructures.

During my experience as a Systems and Network Administrator at Dropcloud, I managed the evolution and security of the IT infrastructure. I notably optimized the network structure by implementing VLANs, ensuring better segmentation and isolation of traffic. To strengthen perimeter security, I deployed and configured pfSense firewalls, while also managing remote access via OpenVPN.

Concerned with system visibility and responsiveness, I set up a Graylog log management server, enabling centralized and proactive analysis of security events. In parallel, I structured the management of the IT park and support through GLPI and ensured strict adherence to ISO 27001 best practices. This mission also included a significant amount of technical documentation, essential for ensuring traceability and service continuity in a demanding Cloud environment.
