Under the Federal Project for Connected Social Centers, I was able to do the following:

- Establish a territorial dynamic among different social centers in Tourcoing.

- Analyze and respond to all digital needs of employees and residents of the social centers in Tourcoing.

- Implement a diagnosis in the form of an evolving digital observatory over time.

- Lead and create co-design workshops and collective workshops on the theme of digital.

- Create the digital transition of social centers step by step with priority lists.

- Create a territorial action plan in line with the activities of the North-East Sector of the Lille Metropolis (MEL).

- Provide support for the communication strategy of social centers and training for these same centers.

- Manage the Tiers Lieu ESSPACE 216 through the FABLAB we created in my previous role as Digital Mediator.

- Territorial coordination of each social center under the supervision of a federal coordinator for the VNE of the MEL.

- Learn co-design animation methods with POP Up.

- Continuation of the Badgeons les Hauts de France project, but this time for ESSTEAM and the federation of social centers. Open recognition for residents and users of social centers.

- Evaluation and project management. A rewarding and meaningful experience. Great encounters, and the digital transition is just the beginning of this adventure.

Digital mediator for the territorial digital factory project. Development of local digital dynamics. Actions against digital exclusion. Creation of workshops related to territorial needs. Development of territorial partnerships within and outside the consortium of the territorial digital factory. Massive participation in territorial actions concerning innovation in learning techniques and certifications. Introduced to OPEN BADGES and a strong defender of the cause of valuing transversal skills! Digital mediation workshops covering:

- Access to rights and online procedures

- Understanding the digital environment and basic digital mediation (word processing, email...)

- Communicating in the era of confinement (better collaboration with digital tools like Drive, remote animation tools, etc.)

- Digital in daily life

- Social media

- Employment (e-reputation, CV creation, professional social networks...)

- Digital creation (digital creation tools: visual, video, online catalog, etc.)

- Parenting and education: monitoring children's schooling, protecting oneself online

- Security/prevention: detecting fraudulent emails, etc.

More "playful" workshops, longer formats, such as:

- Creating comics and staging them

- The jobs of tomorrow

- Creating a media outlet, such as a newspaper or radio show...
