As an HR Analytics AMOA, I act as a direct partner to the Group HR Controller, with the mission to ensure business understanding, functional arbitration, and decision-making throughout the build process, interfacing with the Solution's Technical team (SAC – SAP Analytical Cloud). My role involves translating business challenges (payroll and headcount reporting, forecasting) into a reliable, robust solution (the legacy system was very slow) that enables data analysis of current data and forecasts, either directly from the solution (Excel add-in) or after exporting data to other systems (HRIS or ERP).

Key skills:

- Functional Scoping: HR reporting, budget monitoring, projections, and variance analysis.

- Management of the HR Analytics solution replacement (RFI, POC, MVP, deployment).

- Writing detailed functional specifications (KPIs, rules, datasets).

- Coordination of HR, Finance, Analytics, IT, and integrators.

- Supervision of functional acceptance testing, hypercare, and evolutionary maintenance.

- Governance of Workday / payroll / Finance / social reporting interfaces.

- Results: Secured forecast cycles, ~300 users, GDPR compliance.

- Progressive evolution towards managing broader projects and structuring the AMOA team.

Assisted EMEA & APAC sales teams in demonstrating the value of SaaS solutions to major clients through advanced pre-sales activities. Implemented POCs in client environments, including managing and utilizing datasets to produce concrete, business-oriented demonstrations. Translated needs into test scenarios and wrote validation plans. Supported clients during onboarding and adoption phases (CSM), in coordination with product and delivery teams. Structured a support model to ensure scalable solution deployment and usage.

- Scoping business needs and translating them into EPICS / User Stories, with prioritization focused on business value

- Transversal coordination between pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to ensure solution consistency
