Valerie Pegon

Over my 20 years of experience in software, telecom, and electronics, I have demonstrated my ability to structure, design, and deliver products. In recent years, focusing on product management and product design responsibility, I have specialized in B2B web applications – making them intuitive and user-friendly. I am passionate about user experience (understanding and transforming it), UX design, innovation, and product improvement using artificial intelligence. All this to have a positive impact for all stakeholders and the environment.

I have worked internationally with Nokia, Samsung, Microsoft, HP, Orange, TomTom, Renault, Dassault Systèmes; as well as smaller companies or startups (Bowers & Wilkins, Usine IO, Cronycle...) - in Finland, the UK, and France.

I have also taught design strategy (product-oriented) and design thinking to master's students at EM Lyon Business School. I am particularly interested in the hybridization of methods such as design thinking, systems thinking, agile, and product management – necessary for building meaningful and successful products and companies.

I am looking to support startups and innovation teams in all or part of the product and UX dimension – strategy, product management and leadership, agile methodologies, information architecture, UX design, and user research.
