→ Management of e-commerce catalogs with several hundred references on SAP Hybris and Salesforce Commerce Cloud

→ Launch of about fifteen landing pages and promotional campaigns per month during peak season, aligned with the B2C calendar

→ Functional testing management during sprints: about ten test campaigns per sprint (JIRA, Confluence)

→ Daily operations: 40 to 60 tickets handled per month (bugs, evolution requests, maintenance)

→ SEO and GEO optimization: +25% organic traffic and W3C compliance of templates

My method:

Full autonomy, rigor in daily operations (bug management, tickets, daily maintenance) and a real understanding of the commercial calendar. I integrate quickly into an agile team and act as a bridge between business teams and developers - this is often where content projects get stuck.
