With over 17 years of experience as a business leader in corporate real estate consulting, I founded and managed my own company, supporting executives and businesses in their strategic real estate challenges.

This experience has allowed me to develop a global vision of the business world, project management, and the challenges related to growth, transformation, and team management.

Over the years, I have expanded my scope by assisting my clients not only in their real estate projects but also in managing the change induced by these transitions: reorganization, team mobility, evolution of work methods.

This is how my activity has shifted towards change management consulting, focusing on employee buy-in, adaptation to new professional dynamics, and strengthening team cohesion.

Today, I put my expertise at the service of executives and managers, supporting them in their professional and organizational development.
