Valérie Lagache

Independent for 17 years as a consultant, with a solid understanding of IT architectures, IT project management, and business organization, I am involved in all phases of a project, from scoping to production and operation. I leverage my experience to support and guide teams – agile, V-model, or TMA – with functional or technical profiles, and I can lead projects autonomously.

With 17 years at the IT consulting firm Steria, I have extensive professional experience in both software design-development and fixed-price project management, implementing quality management practices as early as 1994.

As a pedagogical trainer with a great capacity for adaptation, I have provided training at all levels in IT. I remain driven by a desire to acquire new knowledge, and to enhance my management skills, I have personally participated in training courses in technical skills, work organization, and human behavior coaching for the past 12 years. With strong interpersonal skills, I believe in the values of courage, trust, and respect, which I share in my commitments to mobilize people around a common project.
