With significant experience, I manage various projects ranging from pedagogical engineering & training, change management to digital learning, in which I specialize in the design of innovative learning paths. My role as Project Manager involves analyzing training needs, developing tailored programs, and managing LMS platforms. At SUCCESS, I have met the diverse requirements of prestigious clients such as MAZARS, DISNEY, BANQUE de FRANCE, CHU de NICE, ALTHÉA, CARGLASS, TLTI... by deploying both in-person and e-learning training solutions.

My mission is to enhance end-user skills through effective and engaging training programs.
