HR Director with over 20 years of experience in international companies, as well as SMEs and mid-sized companies across various sectors: Business Services, Facility Management, Agro-industry.

In this role, I have deployed and defined HR policies in France and on the African continent.

What drives me:

- To develop an HR policy aligned with the business vision and the company's values.

- To lead transformation projects by supporting teams through training, mobility, HR performance management, professional and annual reviews.

- To support managers in their HR policies.

- To develop HR tools.

- To negotiate collective agreements.

Indeed, I have managed redundancy plans, delicate missions, but it remains about supporting employees with a genuine appetite for Human Relations.

My management style: I trust my team, meaning I delegate tasks while also considering everyone's opinions, expertise, and aspirations. I set clear objectives and share the implemented strategy with my team.

I am attentive to my work environment; I can grasp relevant information to analyze situations.

I am naturally pleasant and respectful of hierarchy. I enjoy working autonomously. I remain calm in potentially stressful situations.

I am looking for missions of 4 to 6 months in the Paris region; I can be mobile 2 days a week in the provinces.
