Context: Founder of Guaranapps, I created the mobile game Slyway (http://www.slyway-game.com) in partnership with a graphic designer.

Responsibilities: Prioritizing the versatility of skills, I perform very varied tasks:

• Definition of the game concept and functionalities

• Development of the game under the open-source Godot Engine

• Modification of the game engine to secure graphic and audio resources

• Definition and implementation of the security strategy

• Level design of the game

Context: Following the overhaul of the subscriber management IS, I joined the feature team in charge of the operation and developments relating to accounting and direct debits as a team leader.

Responsibilities: Within the feature team, I supervise a team of 7 people using agile working methods. I carry out the following missions:

• Functional and technical referent on the scope of the feature team

• Ensure the smooth running of direct debits

• Collection of business needs

• Writing specifications (User Story)

• Participation in the writing of test scenarios (Behavior driven development)

• Prioritization of developments (as Product Owner)

• Analysis of reported anomalies

• Functional validation of developments

• Participation in developments requiring the most expertise

• Monitoring and supervision of developers and testers

• Assistance in analyzing client cases and MCO

• Management of the team's skills development

• Communication to business contacts

Personal initiative: Organization of rapprochement between developers and the business in order to accelerate the functional skills development of technical teams

Context:

The KISS project consists of overhauling the mainframe for managing metropolitan subscribers using Cgaweb, a system developed internally (J2EE, Oracle) used by Canal+ subsidiaries (Africa, Poland, Vietnam, DOM-TOM, Switzerland).

The Cgaweb constituting an application core exposed via webservices and consumed via an enterprise bus by various components, in particular Fronts.

The technical base of the application components has been modernized (java 1.7, angular, mongodb, amazon cloud, git)

The IS overhaul was carried out using agile methodologies

Responsibilities:

Within the core evolution design team (4 people), I carry out the technical specifications and the management of the development teams (around ten people) in particular in the areas relating to accounting, finance, the structure of offers and promotions:

• Assistance in setting up the new software architecture

• Participation in workshops with the business in order to identify needs

• Identification of functional gaps between the two information systems

• Design of solutions to be implemented

• Writing functional and technical specifications (formalization of webservices and REST resources as well as JSON flows)

• Planning developments relating to specifications

• Assignment, supervision and training of development teams (around ten

people)

• Support for validation teams

• Participation in data migration strategies (recalculation of turnover, transfer of balances, assistance in transcoding offer and promotion settings)

• Collaboration with the teams in charge of developing the HMIs

• Preparation of demonstrations regularly carried out with the business
