As Operational Manager at DEISHII, I identified emerging training and skills needs within companies. I designed and implemented training plans in line with the company's vision. Additionally, I developed and delivered training focused on Karakuri Kaizen® principles, ensuring their effective integration into operational processes and employee development.

As a Mechanical Design Engineer at AIO, I was involved in all stages, from design to installation, as well as in the effective integration of Karakuri Kaizen® solutions at client sites such as Renault, Toyota, and the Thales Group, among others. In close collaboration with production workshops, I supervised the manufacturing of medium series and custom systems, contributing to the optimization of production processes and the simplification of operator tasks.

During my work-study program as a Test Means Engineer at Equip’Aéro Services, I led the reorganization of a machine park and played a key role in the preliminary design of hydraulic test equipment. Furthermore, I was responsible for creating comprehensive user and maintenance manuals for all test equipment.
