    I managed TaleMe's strategic and product vision from start to finish: from the initial idea to market deployment, including design, industrialization, and business model pivot. I built an AI-native mobile EdTech product and an internal studio for AI-enhanced content production, under significant constraints (budget, resources, time-to-market).

    I launched a POC in 1 month that generated 5,000 beta testers and key insights, then organized an intensive product bootcamp with the team to transform these learnings into a first successful version: an app allowing parents to create personalized stories using AI.
