Leading the digital transformation of the Pre-treatment division: deployment of PowerApps applications for OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) monitoring with production teams. Development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards for daily operational steering and management reporting. • Interface between Operations and IT teams: gathering field needs, translating them into functional specifications, change management, and user training. • Leading optimization and industrialization projects for processes in a watchmaking subcontracting environment. • Capitalizing on best practices, writing procedures (SOPs), and evolving process repositories.

• Interface between Production, Digital Transformation, Master Data, and Innovation: gathering field needs and supporting deployment. • Development of 3 field applications deployed on several Cartier and Richemont sites in Switzerland: precious material traceability, machine cleaning, operator self-maintenance (Tulip). • Design of Power BI and Looker Studio cockpits for operational steering and participation in Shizen deployment (digital operational reviews). • Redesign of High Watchmaking industrialization data flows and management of transverse projects with site committee reporting.

• Leading the monitoring of Continuous Improvement actions and projects within the Industrial Methods department. • Standardizing the process for expressing needs for production tooling. • Implementing the project to improve the management and maintenance of production tooling at the Roanne site.
