Managing digital twin deployment projects for industrial clients (Storengy, Elengy, Veolia, Trapil): schedule management, team coordination, deliverable and indicator monitoring (deadlines, quality). Gathering and analyzing user/client needs, writing functional specifications, and transmitting them to product and development teams (Agile methodology). Interface between clients, technical teams, developers, and Product Managers to ensure alignment between business needs and product evolution. Change management and user support: onboarding, training, operational support, improving client adoption. Coordination of external technical partners (Equans, MyDigitalBuilding): vendor management, quality control, deliverable validation.

Project management for product data standardization following the Fnac-Darty merger: harmonizing repositories, improving data quality. Coordination of business, IT, and data teams to align processes, technical constraints, and user needs.
