I'm a craftsman who works in a team and is always looking for creative solutions. i have sufficient basic knowledge in many different manual trades. But what I know best is the carpentry trade. I can be creative and feel good. my ability to work in a team makes it easy for my employees to work with me. i also have decades of experience in the event business and am still active in the events. my work and knowledge of carpentry machines makes it easy for me to find solutions and produce them. but also with other machines (e.g. cordless screwdriver, flex...) i have good solid knowledge. when a large project is discussed, everyone has a say and is heard. at the same time, however, it requires strong leadership. i see myself as a good right-hand man for the site manager. as a binding member between the workers and the project manager.
