Valentin Guenanen

Leading the agency Le Cab, I support institutions, professional organizations, and companies in building and deploying communication, positioning, and influence strategies. After more than ten years at the intersection of strategic consulting, public action, and executive support, I founded my agency to offer an approach that is rigorous, operational, and impact-oriented.

My work is based on a simple conviction: an effective strategy must be clear, coherent, and immediately actionable. That's why I intervene at all stages of the communication chain: audit, diagnosis, message definition, action plans, press relations, editorial content, executive coaching, influence campaigns, and digital communication. I design tailor-made solutions, adapted to the challenges and resources of each structure.

I have developed particular expertise with regulated professions, business networks, federations, consulting firms, and economic actors seeking to structure their visibility or strengthen their legitimacy. This experience allows me to provide precise strategic insight, a fine mastery of institutional ecosystems, and the ability to produce high-value deliverables, whether they are recommendations, media plans, brand narratives, or strategic memos.

As head of the agency, I also oversee broader missions: change management, brand structuring, media creation, content writing, and training development dedicated to artificial intelligence and professional communication.

I work with method, discretion, editorial rigor, and a focus on results. My goal: to offer each client a clear, solid, and sustainable strategy that truly serves their trajectory.

Implementation of the mandate's strategy:

- Public relations with ministers, ministerial cabinets, parliamentarians, partner institutions (bilateral and multilateral meetings),

- Management, support, and leadership of the majority group (elected officials),

- Preparation of technical and political files in conjunction with support services,

- Organization of the institution's external communication,

- Management and organization of the annual congress (12,000 participants),

- Member of the Steering Committee (technical) and the Executive Committee (political),

Significant files:

- Communication campaign (€4M): development of specifications, tender, management, monitoring, and evaluation,

- Resumption of international relations with partner institutions (EFAA, IFAC, DDPI, DIPAC),

- Adoption in PPL/PJL of more than 20 proposals put forward by the institution,

- Organization of political debates during regional and presidential elections.

- Creation of an investment fund (€7.8M raised through a subscription in 2022),

- Creation of the Foundation of Chartered Accountants hosted by the Fondation de France.

Federation Management:

- Leadership of the Federation's 6 departments,

- Management and restructuring of the Federation's training organization (ECF Formations),

- Management of the Federation during the COVID crisis,

- Organization of national events (congresses, seminars, working days),

- Preparation and execution of the budget,

- Member of the National Bureau and the Steering Committee.

Political Role:

- Campaign Director for the 2020 professional body elections (victory),

- Public relations with ministries, parliamentarians, partner institutions,
