Nissan wanted to organize a Training event, with the goal of training dealers from different regions of Europe on Nissan's new electric vehicles. A strategic event that required nearly 5 months of preparation and 2 months of on-site presence.

An opportunity for the brand and certain countries to organize other side events in the unique and personalized Nissan setting, at the brand's historic factory in Sunderland, England.

On-site, after being in global project management for the Dealers Conventions alongside the Training, I was directly involved in the plenary sessions, acting as the link between the speakers and the technical team during all rehearsal sessions and the 3 daily plenary sessions.
