In this renovation project for apartments intended for short-term rentals, I managed the entire process from design to operational site supervision. I developed optimized layouts, designed to maximize traveler comfort while strengthening the visual identity of the spaces to create a memorable experience.

I conducted in-depth research on energy performance, analyzing the building's needs and its Energy Performance Diagnosis (DPE) to achieve a consistent balance between investments, energy savings, and return on investment. I produced the entire technical specifications document, including technical plans and detailed descriptions, to precisely define each trade.

I managed the schedule, coordination of stakeholders, and the overall budget. This mission utilizes my skills in space design, technical coordination, site management, and operational decision-making, while highlighting my interpersonal skills and ability to see a renovation project through from start to finish.

For this rammed earth house, I designed a complete renovation project aimed at enhancing the building's character while achieving a good level of energy performance in line with my clients' wishes and budget. I completely rethought the organization of spaces and interior circulation, providing technical solutions, all with particular attention to the compatibility of interventions with the rammed earth walls, typical of the Lyon region.

I handled the preparation and submission of the prior declaration.

This mission illustrates my ability to manage complex projects on traditional buildings, to integrate thermal issues from the design stage. It highlights my skills in energy-efficient renovation and interior architecture.

In this ambitious renovation project for a 350 sqm house from the 70s, I managed a complete transformation with a clear objective: to achieve Passive House standard. I designed the entire architectural project, integrating thermal, structural, and regulatory constraints from the outset, then I handled the submission of the prior declaration to the town hall and site supervision throughout the year.

Every decision was guided by energy performance: selection of ultra-high-performance glazing, overhaul of the ventilation system with a dual-flow VMC, implementation of optimized exterior thermal insulation through building modifications, improved air tightness, and strategic reorganization of interior spaces. I worked in synergy with an energy efficiency consulting firm to validate the implemented solutions and ensure the project's coherence with passive house requirements.

This experience highlights my ability to:

- orchestrate a heavy renovation with high technical requirements,

- manage a complex construction site on an existing building,

- reconcile interior architecture, thermal constraints, and user comfort,

- effectively coordinate stakeholders around an ambitious energy objective.

It demonstrates my mastery of energy-efficient renovation issues, my rigor in site supervision, and my ability to transform an energy-intensive building into an efficient, sustainable, and aesthetically coherent space.
